Like other emotions, Hate is surrounding the Universe and it can be attached to any object in the Universe instantly. Hate works through Revenge. Someone or something that causes harm will induce Revenge and that Revenge will carry on the cycle. Practice stopping Hate at the point that it reaches you by attaching yourself to Mercy and Love . You must defend yourself from harm but do not seek Revenge on those that have tried to harm you, show them Mercy and Love instead. Revenge will transfer the Hate and make you next in line to be seeking Mercy and Love.
